Educational App for ABInBev

The task was to build an app that takes an extensive library of beer knowledge and translates that into into “snack-able” components that are easy to digest with a game-like experience that reinforces knowledge and encourages active and frequent participation.

Challenge

There was so much information to be be considered in this process in terms of the learning component.

Defining the game mechanics and testing their effectiveness in a tight timeline was another component of the process that was defined heavily in one of the sprints.

46% of employees downloaded Hoppy within the first two weeks

Almost 500,000 Beercoins earned
